That's not a problem. We customise your workouts depending on your equipment access and fitness level.
The principles for an effective workout are exactly the same whether you are working out at the gym or at home. You can get great results doing either!
The workouts are tailored to your current fitness level and experience. For example, if you are a beginner then we will programme you exercises to suit this level.
You will also be provided with a video tutorial, for every exercise you are asked to do, on our fitness app.
If you are still worried that you are doing an exercise incorrectly, then you are more than welcome to send a video of yourself doing the exercise to your coach. We will then assess it and give you some feedback based on your form.
If you still feel uncomfortable we will happily change the exercise for something you are more comfortable with.
